“Bhuvi had the perfect answer,” said former India coach Anil Kumble on ESPNcricinfo’s Time Out show.
Kumble highlighted Bhuvneshwar’s consistent ability to pick wickets and control the game, especially on tricky pitches.

Wasim Jaffer also praised Bhuvneshwar’s skill set, noting his use of yorkers, slower balls, and knuckleballs to outfox batters.
“He hardly gives width and uses a hard-length delivery that surprises batters,” Jaffer pointed out.
Bhuvneshwar finished with impressive figures of 3 for 33, including a crucial last over where he conceded just six runs and dismissed Tristan Stubbs.

At 35 years old, Bhuvneshwar continues to be one of the most reliable bowlers in the tournament. This season, he has picked up 12 wickets in nine matches with an economy rate of 8.35, supporting Purple Cap holder Josh Hazlewood and the resurgent Krunal Pandya.
Despite being away from international cricket, Bhuvneshwar’s evolving white-ball skills make him an invaluable asset for RCB.
DC Left to Regret Missing a Big Finish
DC, who looked set for a bigger total with Rahul and Stubbs at the crease, eventually ended at 162. Without Bhuvneshwar’s game-changing 17th and 20th overs, RCB might have faced a much tougher chase.
